Dreamy Forest
The 14 parts of this amazing pattern will be published weekly, starting from April 2nd, 2026.
‘Dreamy Forest’ expresses the feeling I get when I walk between magnificent trees – the pressure of daily life slowly loosens its grip and I come home relaxed and feeling fresh.
Creating this beautiful blanket, with a forest in my mind, was a wonderful experience. You can read more about the story behind this blanket in the Introduction of ‘Dreamy Forest.
Thanks to our great Haaksteek Team, we can release ‘Dreamy Forest’ in 11 different languages. The names of our wonderful translators and testers can be found in the Introduction – I would be lost without them.
I am so grateful to Tania Leis, who has made a complete video of every part again.
There will be no kits for the ‘Dreamy Forest’ CAL.
Tania, Heidrun and I selected our own color palette. We all used the same amount of yarn, a total of 18 skeins (6 colors, 3 skeins per color), following the color scheme as is given in the pattern. Of course you are free to compose your own color palette and / or use your own yarn!
Iman’s Forest
The theme of my Dreamy Forest is Autumn. I admire the magnificent colors of this season.
Heidrun’s Forest
Heidrun, of course, went for vibrant colors. It makes her Dreamy Forest so fairylike!
Tania’s Forest
Tania succeeded in making her Dreamy Forest look like a classic exclusive rug. So stylish!
